Help police find missing 6-year-old Motherwell boy
Port Elizabeth - Police in Motherwell are searching for a six-year-old boy, Alakhe Gwambi, who was reported missing by his parents on Sunday.
"He was last seen playing with other children at Addo squatter camp, opposite NU12, Motherwell on 20 June 2020 at about 16:00," said police spokesperson, Captain Andre Beetge.
"His parents were busy moving house in the close vicinity, after which he could not be found again. Initial searches at the houses and surrounding areas proved fruitless.
"He was wearing a red and blue spiderman cap, blue and red tracksuit top, navy jeans and white takkies."
Captain Beetge said that any person that could assist the police in finding Alakhe can contact the investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Celia Mbangi at 071 352 4475 at the Motherwell Cluster Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit.
